It was quite nice.
I got the name wrong, it’s banana fudge loaf.
Can’t beat a nice bit of pudding. Though I don’t often (if rarely) have pudding.

If you ever happen across a Brazilian shop or cafe, buy a pudim. It’s their version of flan and it’s just heavenly.

Lol. When I saw ‘pudim’, I thought you were doing cat speak for pudding. Sorry.
I’ll have to keep a look out. I don’t think there is a Brazilian place in the whole of my county here in England.
EDIT: after looking up ‘pudim’ it looks very similar to creme caramel.
Main ingredients milk, sugar and eggs with just a little difference of one has added vanilla and a little salt.

Well technically it’s called “pudim de leite condensado” because it’s made with condensed milk.
We have a large Brazilian immigrant population here (I’d peg it as close to 10%) and I get to reap the benefits. Brazilians make some of the best meats and deserts I’ve ever eaten.

Cool.
Spain does nice meats, Italy nice food generally and desserts.
